Who we are
A solid background
Established in 1886, Henderson Johnston Fournier has enjoyed a solid
reputation as Brockville Ontario's oldest and most dependable law firm.

Neville is a graduate of the University of Toronto (Bachelor of
Arts 1961) and Osgoode Hall Law School (Bachelor of Laws 1964). He was
admitted to the Bar of Ontario as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1966. As a member
of the Law Society of Upper Canada, he has practised law in Brockville, Ontario
for over 40 years. Admitted to the Bar of New York State in 1996, he is licensed
to appear as Counsel in all courts of the State of New York. Neville is a
member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Leeds
and Grenville Law Association, and the New York Bar Association. His specialties
include: civil litigation, real estate, wills and estate law.

Paul is a graduate of St Patrick's College in Ottawa (Bachelor of
Commerce 1960) and a graduate of the University of Ottawa (Bachelor of Laws 1964).
He was called to the Bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1966 and has
practised law in partnership with Neville Johnston and others at the firm of
Henderson Johnston Fournier since 1969. While he conducted a broad based general
practice in the early years, Paul's practice is now focused on services
relating to corporations, commercial transactions, wills and trusts, and
real estate.
